You ordered a jacket from an online store, but when it arrived, you found that they sent the wrong size. You need the jacket for a family event next week, so you want to contact customer service as soon as possible.
Write an email to the customer service department. In your email, do the following:
Explain the problem with your order
Ask whether the correct size can be sent quickly
Request information about how to return the wrong item

My name is Gary Coleman, and I’m writing because of a problem with a recent order from your online store. Last week I purchased a medium-sized jacket, but this morning I received a small jacket from you. Would it be possible to receive the proper jacket right away? I purchased the jacket to wear to my brother’s wedding next week, so I can’t wait very long for a replacement. Moreover, I would appreciate it if you could let me know how to return the one you sent me. I can send it by mail, or hand it over to your delivery driver when he drops off the replacement jacket. Just let me know what you prefer.
Thanks for taking the time to solve this problem for me. I’ve always had wonderful experiences shopping with your business, and this problem certainly won’t cause me to start shopping with one of your competitors.
