I actually think technology has made life easier rather than more complicated. First of all, technology saves people a lot of time. For example, yesterday I called my mother in New York on Whatsapp over the Internet and was able to see her instantly. However, 20 years ago, I would have had to get on a plane and fly nine hours just to see her face. Additionally, technology has made it easier to be healthy. For instance, 10 years ago it was very hard for me to keep track of my exercise routine, but today I have a cell phone that counts my steps, keeps track of how much I cycle, and helps me plan a balanced diet. That’s why I strongly believe technology has made life easier.
