The official TOEFL website has a fresh new look. The test’s new slogan – “The World’s English Test” – is featured prominently, as is “Tina,” the test’s new virtual spokesperson. The site was full of embarrassing typos at first, but ETS fixed them when I mentioned them on LinkedIn.
I dunno, folks. Looking for stuff on the TOEFL website sometimes seems to be like going on an archeological dig – new stuff is slathered upon layers and layers of old stuff. This version adds a pleasant purplish haze and some AI gobbledygook to the website, but it is still really hard to find stuff. It really needs to be rebuilt from the ground up.
